I have over 15 years of expereince working with Associations that have a learning and development focus to lead strategic initiatives that improve organizational impact. In my role as a Strategy and Learning Partner at the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS), I have led transformative initiatives that have significantly advanced the organization's mission including the CAS Capability Model and the Admissions Transformation Plan.
