Ruoshu Chen is the Lead Actuary at Waymo. Her main responsibility involves managing Waymo's risks and helping advance the company's autonomous driving technology through actuarial modeling, methodology development and data analytics. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of actuarial science, predictive modeling and risk management, solving challenging problems in for emerging technology spaces such as rideshaing and autonomous driving.
