Frank Zhang

Director of Predictive Modeling
West Bend Mutual Insurance

Frank Zhang is currently a director at West Bend Mutual Insurance company (WBMI), leading the predictive analytics/data science team with responsibilities including personal line rate-making model development, commercial underwriting analytics, and customer/agency experience analytics etc.

Prior to WBMI, Frank had 6 years of experience working with BMO Harris Bank on credit risk modeling and 10 years with Deloitte Consulting on insurance risk modeling and bank stress testing model development.

Frank holds a PhD degree in applied economics and a master degree in statistics, both from University of Georgia. He is an Associate of Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
