Currently the Group Chief Underwriting Officer of Applied Underwriters, Inc., Justin is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with over 20 years' experience in actuarial, finance and underwriting roles in the the Property & Casualty insurance industry. He holds a PhD in Economics and Master's degrees from Oxford University.
